First hotel 'Excelsior' was open on July 10th 1913. Back in those times it was called hotel 'Odak'. In the year of 1965 it was redesigned and renamed in 'Excelsior' hotel. It was entirely renovated and again redesigned in the year of 1998. The same year hotel 'Excelsior' became a five star hotel.
