TOUR-TRAVEL PACKAGE BOOKING FORM
With your signature on the booking form you accept these
Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between Alptours
and you, the participant. Alptours cannot accept any tour-travel
package participant without a fully signed booking form.
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. |

RELEASE AND WAIVER
Every participant of a tour-travel package operated by
Alp Tours is required to accept and sign a release and
waiver form of rights before tour-travel package start.
Alptours cannot accept any tour-travel package participant
without a Fully signed release and waiver form. Our agents
can provide a copy of the release and waiver form. |

AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES
Alptours agents and representatives represent Alptours,
but are not a party to this contract. Nor are they responsible
or liable for failure to provide any service as may be
described in our literature pertaining to the contract.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT
For the tour-travel package a booking deposit is required
at the time of booking. 50% of total cost for tours-travel
packages in North America, South America and Europe. This
deposit secures a place on the Tour-Travel package. The
balance is due 60 days before the tour-travel package
starts. If the total balance is not received 60 days before
tour start, Alptours reserves the right to treat this
reservation as cancelled and charge the cancellation fee.

PRICE OF TOUR-TRAVEL PACKAGE INCLUDES
The items included in the tour price are listed here.
The tour-travel package price includes hotel accommodation
in suites, double, twin or single rooms. |

ROOM ALLOCATION
A limited number of single rooms and suites are available
at extra cost, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
|

PRICE OF TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE
Price of tour-travel package does not include all items
not mentioned as included and all items of a personal
nature, airport taxes, passport and visa fees, tips, porters,
phone calls, laundry service, ski service-repair, massage,
lunch on the mountain or any meal that is not pre paid
or part of tour-travel package, beverages, wines and liquor,
mineral water and items of personal nature; Items not
on regular menus, buses or cars for sightseeing not included
in itinerary, private car transfer costs, excessive baggage
charges, health, accident, baggage, and "trip cancellation"
insurance, also tipping for any personal services, gratuity
to the Tour Manager-Concierge or other services not specifically
shown as included in package features. |

BAGGAGE
Alptours assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or
delay in delivering baggage to tour-travel package participants.
Baggage insurance is recommended. |

GRATUITIES
The customary end-of-the tour gratuity to the Tour Manager-Concierge
and guides are not included. |

|
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure
will be subject to a $250 per person cancellation fee.
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure
will be subject to the following forfeit of tour-travel
cost; 59-42 days,$500 per person; 41-21 days 30% of tour
cost; within 20 days 100% of tour-travel package cost.
No exception to this policy can be made for any reason.
Tour-travel package cancellation insurance is strongly
recommended. There is no refund for leaving a tour early
or arriving late.
Cancellations must be in writing. |

MINIMUM TOUR PARTICIPANTS
Up to 30 days prior to tour-travel package start Alptours
can cancel a tour-travel package, if an insufficient number
of tour-travel package participants have booked and fully
paid by that time. |

TOUR CANCELATION
In this case the customers will be notified forthwith.
Alptours will offer to operate the tour-travel package
if all customers agree to a supplemental charge due to
the low number of tour members. If customers do not accept
to pay the supplement, Alptours will refund their payment
in full, which will constitute the full settlement. Alptours
is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred
by the Tour-travel package participant due to Alptours
cancellation of tour due to lack of participation. This
includes, but is not limited to, the cost of pre-paid
airline tickets, hotel reservations and automobile rentals.
Situations may arise which, in our opinion, make it necessary
for us to cancel, advance or postpone a scheduled tour,
change itineraries or make substitutions regarding hotels,
cities, tour guides and other travel arrangements. In
that event, we do not assume responsibility or liability
for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience. Alptours
is not required to make refunds once tour-travel package
commences regardless of the reason for participant being
unable to complete his or her tour. |

PHOTO AND VIDEO MATERIAL
Photos and videos produced by Alptours or its representatives
on tour are the property of Alptours. The copyrights rest
with Alptours. Alptours can use all of this material for
advertising and marketing purposes, including images in
which individual tour-travel package members can be recognized,
without any charge from the tour member arising for Alptours
for this use of material. |

PASSPORT, VISA and HEALTH REGULATIONS
The customer is responsible for complying with above regulations
and all consequences resulting from non-compliance. |

RESPONSIBILITY
Alptours is responsible for providing the services listed
in the tour description according to the local standard
and the accurate description of services offered in its
literature. Alptours carefully selects and constantly
checks its contractors, such as hotels and restaurants.
Alptours is responsible for conscientious travel preparations.
Alptours is not responsible or liable for any accidents.
Alptours reserves the right without prior notice to withdraw
any part or all of a tour-travel package, to make such
changes as may be necessary, and the extra cost, if applicable,
resulting there from, shall be paid by the customer. Furthermore,
it is agreed and understood that the owners, operators
and agents of this tour including Alptours are not the
guardians of any customer's safety and they, individually
or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for
any occurrence in connection with the operation or the
client's participation in connection with the tour, which
might result in injury, death or other damage to the client,
his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns. Alptours
is not responsible or liable for a delay occurring from
the renter's failure to deliver the ski and other rental
equipment on time. The liability of Alptours as the tour
operator is limited to a total of three times the tour
price irrespective of the title/claim. Alptours is not
responsible for any delays changes in schedule or other
conditions.
AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITYThe carriers concerned are not to
be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during
the time passengers are not on board their conveyances.
The airline passenger tickets, when issued, shall be the
sole contract between airline and buyer / passenger of
these tickets. |

ALTERATIONS TO TOUR-TRAVEL PECKAGE SCHEDULE
Tours-travel packages operate on seasonal basis and where
seasonal variances and/or weather conditions cause changes
in the tour-travel package the itinerary will be adjusted
accordingly |

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Alptours strives to schedule its tours-travel packages
at a time of the year when the weather in the area is
usually pleasant for activities. Many times weather conditions
can change very fast and significantly. Alptours cannot
be made liable for unpleasant or unsuitable weather conditions
and no refunds are made for such conditions. |

TOUR-TRAVEL PACKAGE AND RENTAL RATES
Fares quoted are those in effect at time of advertising.
If cost factors including but not limited to, hotels,
meals, rental equipment, insurance, international currency
fluctuations etc. dictate the need for fare increases,
Alptours may do so at any time prior to 60 days before
departure. |

INSURANCE
Alptours recommends that you take out adequate travel,
health and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation
insurance with our agents. |

VERBAL CHANGES
Verbal changes of contract are invalid unless confirmed
in writing by Alptours. |

PRINTING ERRORS AND CALCULATION MISTAKES
Alptours reserves the right to correct printingErrors
or calculations mistakes at any time. |

CURRENCY RATES EXCHANGE
All our EUROPEAN and SOUTH AMERICAN tours - travel
packages are priced in US dollars based on prices in EURO'S
and PESO'S.
However if US currency exchange rate change and US currency
depreciates in value 3 % or greater between the date when
the tour - travel package was priced and proposed to the
customer or group and 10 days prior to departure of same
customer or group ALPTOURS reserves the right to adjusting
prices of the tour - travel packages and / or not include
certain items as part of original tour - travel packages
previously listed as included.
ALPTOURS reserves the right to cancel reservations for
customers that are not agreeable to this change of original
quoted price for tour - travel packages. In case of tour-travel
packages cancellation by the ALPTOURS, ALPTOURS is responsible
to refund customer or group total deposit amount minus
USD 250.00 per person.
These customers - group will be subject to a charge of
USD 250.00 per person for cancellation fee. |
| RATES |
| All prices are based on tariffs and international
exchange rates of the United States dollar effective at
the time of travel -tour package pricing and are subject
to change due to currency devaluation, fuel surcharges,
general tariff increases, group size change or any other
reason beyound the control of tour operator - Alptours. |

CHARGE IT
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Some restrictions may
apply. We will require correct billing address and written
or faxed approval of charges to comply with local laws
and protect against credit card fraud.
