| AIRPORT TRANSFER
On the first day of the trip you will be picked up
at the airport end transferred to the hotel, and on
the last day transferred back to the airport. Details
are in your tour information package.
ACCOMODATIONS
The hotels and mountain chalets have been chosen carefully.
They are comfortable high-class luxury hotels. Hotel
ratings vary considerably around this planet. You will
enjoy staying in four and five star hotels. Hotel information
will be sent to you with the tour-trip information package.
BREAKFAST
On all trips you will receive breakfast every morning,
followed by the daily agenda briefing by the tour guide.
Breakfasts vary from country to country: In the US it
is full American breakfast in Europe mostly buffet style,
on other continents according to the local standard.
DINNER
Dinners are included for every day of your stay. The
dinners are provided in the hotels sometimes in off-premises
restaurants. The local cuisine is the focus of these
dinners. Vegetarian meals can be provided in most hotels.
Beverages and alcohol drinks are not included.
SKI and BIKE EQUIPMENT RENTALS
Ski equipment (skis, poles, snowboards and boots) rental
of your choice is included in the tour-trip price. Bicycles
for the bike tours are included

| SKI GUIDES AND INSTRUCTORS
Our English speaking ski guides and instructors will
be at your service for the duration of the trip. The
number of ski instructors and guides varies depending
on the size of the group and ski or snowboard experience
of the group.
CONCIERGE
The services of the Tour Manager - Concierge in all
matters pertaining to the tour operation. Concierge
will be at you disposal at all times
for your total comfort.
All Tour Managers-Concierges are speaking English and
visiting country's language.
SKI PASS
Every guest will receive Ski - Snowboard ski lift pass
for the resort that tour is operating at the time, for
the length of tour.
PORTABLE VOKI-TOKI
In case of ski group to be divided to smaller groups
because of different skiing abilities each group with
guides will have radio or mobile phone to stay connected
at all times.
VIDEO
We will film some tour activities and every guest will
receive about 10 minute edited version videotape, about
sixty days after tour is completed.
WELCOME GIFT PACKAGE
Each guest on the tour will receive welcome gift package.
